We brought Molly home (a chocolate Shih poo) a week ago. She is a wonderful little girl who taught our 4 year old Norfolk terrier (an old soul even as a pup) how to play. They get on extremely well together. I can't imagine the house without her in it, now.
Thank you.

Hi Jennifer -

Brently knows Mel & I already. He is so lovable! He poohs in the yard, He wants to please. He has his little blue crate & goes in to get his toys, but likes them put back in his little house. I think he understands when I tell him to get his froggie toy.

Now he has a tiny light green collar & leash. A kittie collar works well. He goes back & forth to his water & food bowls.

On my lap asleep right now. Very pleased. You prepared him well for the transition to a new family. He really is a blessing. Thank you!

Hi there!

We purchased a Cavachon puppy from you in October of 2011 whose 2nd birthday was yesterday (7/13). I have to say we have absolutely loved her and enjoyed her being a part of our family. wanted to let you know she is doing great and has certainly brought additional joy into our home. Personally, I’d love to have another one but she is so spoiled and pampered now she may get a little jealous. She goes everywhere with us that we can take her and loves to camp, go to beach, go to the dog park, and visit family but the bottom line is she just loves to go. We live right around the corner from you on Lutz lake Fern so we think of you often as we drive up Gunn Hwy. Here’s a few pictures of her…

We have some friends also looking to get a Cavachon puppy so we referred them to you.

Regards,

Rick & Lisa Williams

My little Aussiemalt, who is about to turn a year, is the light of my life! She is the most loving, intelligent, happy, agreeable little dog I've ever seen. Her cat-like size and non-shedding coat make her easy to have around and take with me everywhere. She delights everyone who meets her, and she wants to meet everybody! She lives now in the mountains of Colorado and is a most excellent trail dog who loves to swim in the creeks, rivers and lakes every chance she gets. She loved the snow last winter . . . in fact, she just loves life. I am SO GRATEFUL you helped usher her into being and into my life.

Thanks so much Jennifer - - you were WONDERFUL to work with and it helped me to convince Joe. We named her Pepina (Italian feminine of Joseph - - Josephina or Pepina) (we shorten it to Peppeen) PERFECT since he was the one all these years who didn't want a dog. He's in love. He picked the name - - you know how the rest of this story is going to go, right??? She is now relaxing and out like a light. Lots of kisses from Grandma Jennifer forever!! I will send you pictures from time to time. Are you on FB? Friend me....Love to be your friend too. If I ever want another puppy I will be sure to call you or refer you. By the way, I’m good friends with Kathy Brown who bought one of you Shipoos!!! We had no clue we both went to your location for our puppies!! Becky

Dear Royal Puppy Palace,

Just wanted to let you know that our new Cavapoo Loki is an absolute joy. He has adjusted fabulously to our home and is a constant delight. He's spent lots of time at the soccer field with us already and gets so many compliments on his behavior and of course his adorableness! (We've shared your name with multiple folks already!) Loki has not had a single accident in his crate or play yard and is such a good boy when placed there. He's great in the car, he has a little booster seat. He's already learned sit, down, come and fetch. We're currently working on roll over and stay. Our 10yo blue tick beagle, Molly has been so good with him. He's just so smart and sweet He does really well walking with a training lead, He's had a couple short swimming lessons with Mom. He'll cry if he's in his play yard or kennel and needs to potty- that's it. Though he is sooo proud to show you that he knows where the doggy door is. Our door is only on our lanai and opposite the "potty" section of the yard- so it is a difficult place to locate for a little guy. He's not been the least bit bothered by all the rain we've had this week. Molly just had an eye removed due to glaucoma this week. We are so proud and excited about how much Loki just wants to please her. Seeing their interaction during this healing time assures us that they are going to be great pals and real supportive of one another. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Loki before he came to live with us. The loving attention and socialization he received in your home shows so much and we've already received so very many compliments on it! There could not be better advertisement for your business!! Everyone who spends just a little bit of time with him asks where we got him! Please know that he is our surrogate baby and will be lovingly cared for by our family! Thank you again!!!!!!!!

God Bless,

Hi Jennifer and Nick,

It has been almost four years since we brought home our bichonpoo, Max, from the Royal Puppy Palace. We are ready to get another bichonpoo and naturally, because of the wonderful experience we had with you guys, we'd like our next puppy to come from RRP. We are specifically looking for a female bichonpoo. Our time frame is flexible and are willing to wait until the timing is right on your end. The only caveat is that we now live in Atlanta instead of Tampa. So it will take some additional planning on our part, but we're fine with that. What a testament to your family and business that we are more than willing to make the 8 hour drive just for the peace of mind to know that our next puppy will come from a loving and caring home.

Thanks,

Stacy Heitman

The color I chose out of the litter was the apricot one. His name now is Bear. Anyways, he's been doing wonderful! I'm not sure if you guys have a facebook page, but I created Bear his own facebook so I can share photos and updates with friends and family. Once I knew that I was ready for the added responsibility and I knew that the kids were ready for it, I purchased a Shihpoo from you in February of 2013. She's a healthy puppy, no problems, and as sweet as can be! Who knew you could love a dog so much! She became a member of our family the minute we brought her home. Best decision ever!

Hi Nick and Jennifer,

I just wanted to give you an update on the puppies. They are doing great! They are both so sweet and loving! We named the boy Caliber and the girl Kimber. They are doing well with the house training and our older girls have taken the responsibility to get up in the night with them when they need out. We took them to our vet today and Kimber got her stitches out, everything is healing fine. They will go back in three weeks for their next set of shots. We are very happy with our puppies and even though it has stretched us financially to buy the second puppy it was the right choice for all of our children! I am including some pictures too!

Thank you,

I have wanted to write you, and have done so, mentally, many times to tell you what a pure delight Sassie has been. I could write pages, but I don't time to write it all and you don't time to read it, so, just wanted to let you know she is healthy and happy and doing great. So cute, so bright, and her eyes are the windows to her mind. So full of expression. She has brought life back to my older mostly Shih Tzu rescue and is so smart, lovable (most of the time) pure puppy through and through, half tom boy, and cute as a buttom. She is the love of my life and the neighborhood where I live just all adore her. I send them to your web site and tell them they can have a sweetie pie, to.

Will send photos, but for now, just wanted to thank you and let you know she is doing great and so well loved in her forever home!

She is now 10 lbs and the vet thinks she is all done growing. Her disposition is awesome. She loves everyone, everything and really is quite the character. My favorite is the fact that she will take a squeaky toy and squeak it for 30 min without stopping. Now others at 2 am would hate this...however that face does not allow you to be upset! Anyway just thought you would enjoy see the baby at 8 months old!! Also I love going online and seeing all the new puppy's. you honestly have the most adorable puppy's! Thanks so much!

Just a quick note to let you know how thrilled we are with the Shihpoo (McKenzie) we picked up from you on Friday. She is so loving and intelligent that we are amazed. We have had dogs for over 35 years and she is definitely the most intelligent that we have had at her age. After a restless first night she settled in and slept through last night without a wimper. We can not believe that she is 90 per cent house trained already - to the point where she goes to the door and scratches to get out when she needs to potty.
Thank you so much

Hi, Jennifer and Nick,
In a few weeks, it will have been a year since we got our wonderful F1B goldendoodle puppy from you. Just wanted to let you know that Tally is now, at 13 months, 15 lbs.
We really wanted her to be small; you said she'd probably be between 16 and 20 lb, and you were right!
She is very smart, funny, affectionate, calm yet energetic, was super easy to potty train and crate train. Everywhere we take her, people remark about how she is the cutest dog ever and want to know all about her.
She has never shed one bit. The only problem we have had is that she mats pretty badly if we don't brush her at least several times a week. She is very well-behaved unless she sees a new person - then she wants to jump into their arms and love them to death! So we work on her exuberance with strangers and hope it will get better as she gets a little older.
Hope your family is fine. Thank you again for such a fine addition to our family!

Hi Jennifer & Nick,

Just wanted to say thank you again to you guys. I purchased not 1, but 2 Cavalier King Charles Puppies from you back in November 2012 named Princess Jayden & Prince Braiden. They are now known as Holly & Henry. These puppies have brought us so much happiness, I can't even tell you. For other future puppy buyers out there who have thought about getting 2 from the same litter - DO IT! We purchased the remaining 2 from the litter because I really could not decide & I felt sorry for the puppy who was going to be left alone lol. They are an absolute joy, so intelligent & they were successfully crate trained in only 3 weeks. Crate training is the way to go. I bought a puppy pen for them & the only time they go in their crate is if I need to go out & they sleep together in there at night. They are inseparable & great fun to watch tugging their toys & they both lie on their backs next to each other cackling away like an old married couple. Holly has climbed her way out of the pen as of 2 weeks ago & Henry is bigger but hasn't figured it out yet - but he will soon! The vet & the assistants love these puppies & remarked on what a beautiful temperament they have which is thanks to you. It really DOES make a difference on where you purchase these kind of puppies from & we have been referring you guys to everybody & thank you for giving us not one, but two beautiful pets to spoil!

I just wanted to thank you for raising such amazing puppies! We bought our cavapoo, Jillian, from you about 2 years ago. She is the BEST dog we have ever owned. She has such a wonderful personality and is literally like our daughter. She goes with us everywhere, we even bought an RV so she can go with us on vacations. She sits behind my husband in his chair all day while he is working! She is such a wonderful family dog. Throughout the night she visits our room and my sons! While I am cooking, she jumps up on a stool so she can be part of the action! I could go on and on about how adorable she is and there is not a day that goes by that we don't tell her that! She was the last puppy to go home and I remember you telling me how you pray over all your puppies, well our prayers also came true, she is such a joy! I would also like to send you pics, to what address would you like them?

Hi Jennifer,

I know you won't remember us but we are the retired couple from Texas that was visiting our daughter there in Tampa and we bought Prince Khaki, last September, and flew home with him. I want to thank you for the sweetest puppy that made the transition from your house to ours without a whimper! I thought it was amazing we didn't have to spend the first few nights, sleepless, with a howling puppy. We named our puppy Windsor. Another amazing thing was that Windsor made the 8 hour trip home in a puppy carrier, on the plane / airport, without a whimper. Today, on his 6 mo. birthday, he got neutered by our vet. using the laser method. Again, no whimpering.
Windsor is the love of our lives. He is the center of our attention…spoiled, yes, but disciplined and trained. Thank you for breeding and preparing the wonderful puppies to make the transition so smoothly from mommy to their new families. By the way, thank you for recommending the two books on training. I bought them and they were so helpful!

Our Vet's assistant has been searching for a Mini Goldendoodle. She loves Windsor. Of course, I recommended your site. I hope she buys a puppy from you.

Proud owners of a Goldendoodle,

Karen and Steve

Puppy Chuckle for the day
Maggie (cavachon) is so smart. Of course you told us that.We have been poddy training and giving her treats when she went pee and poop outside.Yesterday when Stacy came home at lunch to let her out, she squatted looking back at him over her shoulder for like 2 seconds as to say OK where is my treat? She did not pee, just squatted quickly and waited for her treat. Stacy informed Maggie she was not fooling him and that she did not pee And from now on, she only gets a treat when she poops. Last night Maggie actually went to the back door and scratched on the door to be let outside. That's pretty awesome from a pup that's only had a few days of training. Barb

Only one accident in the house this morning.Other than that, she's gone outside to relieve herself. She has gone on 3 short walksdid extremely well on the leash for the first day. As you can see from photo, she loves her new squeaky toy She is a very smart girl and I think we're a great match.

Hey Jennifer & Nick,

I cannot believe 5 weeks have gone by so fast since we purchased Holly & Henry from you - my beautiful Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Puppies.

I have taken some pics - just not got them together yet to send for your website.

Firstly, I wanted you to know that crate training these 2 pups has been a complete breeze & they are now trained fully in a matter of 3 weeks These pups are such a delight & so smart & very eager & quick to please. They have brought me so much happiness since I lost Charlie (our 15 year old Cavalier who passed away October 28) I cannot even tell you.

We have been recommending you right left & center too & passing on your beautiful website to our friends. Everywhere I take my pups, everybody falls in love with them & asks about them.

Hope you & your family have a lovely Christmas & all the best for the New Year. Will e-mail you some pics of Holly & Henry over Christmas (Princess Jayden & Prince Braeden)!!

Thanks so much!

Hi Jennifer,

Just wanted to check in and let you know that our little munchkin Ellie that joined our family way back in July 2012 is doing fabulous. She has brought so much joy back to our family after our last dog had passed away suddenly. Ellie is a great breed and everyone that meets her fall in love with her. We recently took family portraits for the holidays and she totally took over the photo shoot!! The photographer said we may have to lend her Ellie for other families portraits haha. Ellie took puppy classes which helped all of us be on the same page with commands. Although she did well and graduated, she still thinks she is the leader of the house hahah. From our family to yours we hope you have Happy Holidays as we are looking forward to spending this 1st Christmas with our adorable puppy Ellie!

Thanks,
Trina

Dear Nick and Jennifer,

We just wanted to send you a few pictures (in a few e-mails, picture files are too large to send at once) of our precious puppies we got from you in August. (wanted the largest boys available) They are the light of our lives and we just adore these precious creatures. Bandit is the big one and Sonic is the little one. When we picked them up from you, Bandit was 4.5 lbs and Sonic was 4. Now, they are about 17 and 15 lbs. of pure brute boy strength! They will be getting neutered this week, as they are humping everyone and everything lately. Our vet says on a scale of 1-10, as far as puppies health and vitality, these puppies are a solid "10". Yes, they are a lot of work, but they repay us with unconditional love and loyalty. Here are a few pictures taken last month in a pet shop around here, but the photographer is from your area in Tampa. Pretty darn cute!

Thank you so very much for putting Bandit and Sonic in our care at the time you did. Everything happens for a reason and we know they were meant to be with us. Our human sons, 23 and 21 came home for Thanksgiving and met the pups for the first time. It was wonderful to see them all playing together. Bandit is a boy's boy and Sonic is a bit timid, but he makes up for it by being so adorable.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and wonderful things for the New Year.

Warm regards,
Marion and David Frank

We had never heard of a Cavapoo before but she is all of 6.8 pounds, doesn't shed, is so obedient, sweet temperament and kisses and loves us so much...but not half as much as we love her!
If you are considering a Cavapoo, we highly recommend this breed and The Royal Puppy Palace. From Naples/Marco Island, FL

Hello,
We purchased our Morkie, Heartly Love, last year during the Christmas holiday season.
Heartly quickly found a place in all of our hearts due to her playful spirit, sweet nature, and cuddlyness.
It's been quite interesting to see her development from a roly poly 5 pound Princess Icicles into a dog favoring her Maltese heritage.

Over the year she attended obedience school at Petsmart and advanced to the highest level--and is a good canine citizen!
She will take the final exam in the near future.
The 3rd photo is her most recent after a day at the doggy spa.
We are happy to have Heartly Love as a part of our family...she showers us with blessings daily.
Thanksgiving happiness to your family(s)...for bringing such joy to others through the gift of a pet...rk

She loves everyone and anything that gives her attention. Many people in the city have stopped me to say how beautiful and sweet she is. I have strongly recommended you to many people, so hopefully some New Yorkers will start reaching out! She received her final shots Saturday morning and has loved walking and playing outside. She has slept through the night since day one (and even sleeps with us some nights). she had very few accidents and is fully pad trained in my apartment. She has been an absolute, sweet and adorable joy. Thank you for everything! Happy thanksgiving to your family.

Greetings from the Great state of Maine!!

As promised, I wanted to update you on how Butters is doing. Our trip home was uneventful. As we were loading in the plane, many people noticed that I was holding Butters and they all fell in love with him. We chose to sit in the last row window seat so not to show him too much attention. I was able to hold him throughout the flight and he slept the entire flight. The passenger sitting next to us didn't even know we had a dog on board. He was an absolute angel.

We immediately started him on potty training and I'm proud to announce that other than one little accident, we have been succeeding in making him completed potty trained. He has adjusted well to our home and he has melted many of our family members.

He has also taken to my home work schedule. I took a picture to show you how tired he is from a busy day. I also took a picture of him as a happy little guy.

Please be rest assured that he is very loved and has made this family whole again.

Thank you again for taking such good care of him.

Hi Jennifer and Nick,

Our family adopted 2 dogs from you on February 17, 2012. We bought a chocolate mini labradoodle, Alexis, ("Princess Patience") and a mini goldendoodle , Sampson ("Prince Tibert".) Lexi and Sam are doing fantastic. They are the perfect complement to our family! Our 3 1/2 year old son, Roman, and our 2 year old daughter, Mia, have their best buddies.

You'd mentioned that you like to get updates and see how the puppies have grown, so I thought I'd send along a few of the pictures that we took this afternoon so that you can see how they have grown. At almost 8 months old, Sam is 19 pounds, and Lexi is 18 pounds.

The dogs are in perfect health, and are happy as two puppies can be. They love kids, people, other dogs, and are little balls of love and energy. They cuddle together as much as they wrestle, and getting them at the same time was the PERFECT way to make sure that they always have a buddy to play with them, even when we're asleep.

We're so blessed to have found our way to you, and to have Sam and Lexi as part of our family. Thank you for our furry kids!

Hi-

My name is Tamara and I got a Shih-Tzu/Maltese from you back in 2008. She was Princess Bloom at the time, but her name is now Sadie. She is absolutely wonderful and has been such a joy to have around. Her personality is one of the best I've ever seen in a dog. Everyone loves her so much.. as a matter of fact, I gave your information to my friend's parents, and they recently got a puppy from you as well (the Ramsey's).

I'd love to join your email list, as we're thinking of getting her a friend. I see you have more Shihmalts coming soon, so I'd love to see their pictures. We also love the Morkies and the Teddy Bear's mixed with Bichon. Sadie was projected to be between 6 and 9 lbs, but she's around 10.5. We'd love maybe a tinier pup and looking for a male. If you could send me the updates, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

Thank you!
Tamara

Princess Julianna ( Now named Giada) is loving her new home and seems to now be the queen of the household. My wife was very surprised and couldn’t be happier with her new puppy. I do want to ask what you bathed her in before I picked her up, my wife (and everyone else) loves the smell of whatever shampoo you used, kind of a warm vanilla cookie type smell. We would love to know what the product was and where you get it. I attached a pic of Giada at lunch with us.

Thanks

Hi Jennifer,

Don't know if you remember, I bought a male Cavachon from you on March 22, 2012. My daughter, two granddaughters and I came to choose a puppy for my "gift to me" for my 62nd birthday :) Thought you might like to see a couple pics of "Winston" now ... he truly is a wonderful gift! Oh yes, had him weighed yesterday ... he is a solid 10 lb. boy :)

See how "big" I am getting......Molly has gotten her shots and fixed........ was sooooo goood at the vet. There were a dozen cats there and she sat pretty and was the best girl...She has the sweetest personality and so so people friendly.
As I mentioned previously she goes to work every day and seems to know at 7:30 it is time to go and sits by the front door waiting. Jumps in the back of the van with her big brother ...and if you dont hurry up and GO... she will jump over the doors( it is an astro with 3 doors in the back) if you close the bottom 2 she will jump over .....she also has that feisty side. playing in the yard she hops like a bunny.....Very cute
thank you for her!

Hi, Nick and Jennifer,

Here are some pictures of Tally - Debbie and Loran Koprowski's mini goldendoodle - at 10 weeks, weighing about 6 lb.
She is now 4 months and weighs 9 lb.
We love her and are just beginning puppy classes.
We'll let you know how that is going when we get a few classes under our belt.
And we'll send photo updates soon. You can use these two photos of Tally on your Royal Puppy Palace site if you'd like.
Hope all is well at the Morgan home!

Dear Jennifer and Nick,

Freeway is almost 6 months old, and we wanted to send you a picture. He continues to be all that we had hoped in selecting a Cavachon. He was the darling of the campground…we were known as Freeway’s parents.

We’ve been pleased to refer others to your website.

Hi Jennifer,

We are so thrilled with our baby!!!! The whole house and my sister's family are just overwhelmed about how cute this baby is! And so sweet!

We thank you so much for taking such good care of him. We might want another one. And my sister's family might want one. Do

you have only the same parents for your cavapoo's or do you have others that are bred and available?

Let me know the next time you have any baby cavapoos available!

Jennifer,

Just a couple of pictures from today! He is an absolute doll, he has been perfect, sleeping all night in his crate from 11 until 7:30 with no accidents in his crate. He went "outside potty" 100% today, and he is just the sweetest dog we have ever seen! For a puppy I can't believe how good he is, I don't want to jinx anything:)

Our neighbor may be emailing/calling you because she is in love!
This is our son, with his new BFF! And Bingo will remain the name, the kids love it! We gave them a few other choices, but Bingo seems to be the winning name!

HI Jennifer!

What a good puppy he is. We can't seem to settle on a name though. I think my daughter and I have decided to keep this puppy for us and then when my niece gets a puppy, and give one to the woman that has the organization to prevent teen tradgedy. She graduates from college in October, so that will be our gift to her.

He slept good last night and had quite a busy day today. He's stretched out on the couch right now napping.

It's been nice to purchase a puppy from you Jennifer. I really think there is a difference in pupppies that have been in a christian home!!!

Thanks for everything! Can't wait to see yor next litter!

Hard to believe our cava, Gansett is over a year old! She is seriously the cutest dog ever and so sweet! She loves everyone and everything! Every dog in the neighborhood is her best friend and all the neighborhood kids call our house "Gansett's house".

Just wanted to send you all an update :) She's 25lbs, but solid as a rock. Here's a photo we took last weekend - my friend is battling lung cancer so we're all wearing tshirts in support!

We have had Tally (formerly Princess Vanilla) with us for four days now and we just love her! She has slept through the night in her crate since the first night. She is catching on to potty training very well with only a couple accidents (when she's been playing and we notice her too late waiting to go out by the door). She likes her crate and has even gone into it by herself to take a nap when she's really pooped from play.
She learned "sit" right away and is learning to accept the leash. She's so cute to watch when she plays! She has a habit of gathering her toys and fleece mat from other places and taking them one at a time into the living room. The mat's about 5 times as big as she is, but she drags it anyway! She also likes to sleep with a very thin, large lime green bar towel that she tugs and pulls until she's rolled up inside it!
Tally is very affectionate, alert and happy. Thanks for helping us decide she was the dog for us.

Hi Jennifer and Nick,
I bought a male cavapoo from you this past November. His name (previously Prince Maize) is now Marley and he has been a real blessing to add to the family. He's friendly, affectionate, smart, a great road dog and sleeps through the entire night. We're still working on his chewing habit, but I haven't lost any furniture or expensive clothes yet and to say he's not yet 4 months old, hopefully that faze is almost over. We get asked about what breed he is and where to get him from every time we go out. He's loving and adorable and I truly feel like I got a winner when I purchased the pick of the litter. Thanks for giving him to us and I'll send photos soon.

I absolutely adore this precious little girl. After throwing out many names on our way home, I decided on Bailey. You did a marvelous job with her. She slept through the night without whimpering in the great room all by herself and has had no accidents in the house. William (my scottie) is tolerating her but my 14 hear old doxie will play with her. Life is good, thank you. I will send you pictures of her as she grows so you know I am taking good care of her. Hi Jenn,
I just want to let you know how sweet, rambunctious little Bet-C is doing. Yes, she is very active at times and an absolute tease. She loves Chance, it is clear. When she is not trying to cuddle up with him, she is splashing in his water bowl or taking a toy from him, just like a younger sibling. Her antics tickle me and Chance has adjusted to my extended affection to his little sister.

Bet-C is so cute, my neighbors all make a fuss over her. She loves everyone in return, even my two grandsons from whom she occasionally hides. They want to hug and hold her all the time. Of course I sit with them while they love her which keeps me pretty busy.

Chance is so sweet, he tolerates her climbing on him and literally pulling chew toys right out his mouth. Both snuggle up with me in my prayer chair and sleep on my bed... so darling.

Like Chance, Bet-C is loved.

Wishing you continued blessings,
LuAnn

Nick & Jennifer

Was just asked by someone where we got our dog and I was looking at your site to pass the info along when I saw the "Happy Customers..." page. All the pictures are so adorable, that I had to share a few of our baby.

We got Zoey (Shihchon) on August 22, 2009 and have been delighted with the addition to our family. We were drawn to your puppy palace because of your Christian witness on your website. Zoey is so very sweet and loveable. She is very, very smart;Acutally, she is the smartest dog we have ever had. She knows all of her toys (over a dozen at least) by name and will actually put them away in her basket when told, one at a time by their name. No one believes me until they see her do it.

Here are a few pictures (then & now) so you can choose.

Blessings,
~Debbie & Ron Fread

Pics:
Zoey 8-2009 was when we first brought her home.
Zoey + Mr.Bunny is with her favorite toy. She slept with it the first night we got her and has had one ever since. Bought a dozen so she wouldn't be without one.
Zoey+cartoons is a shot of her watching Looney Tunes. Yes, she actually watches TV. She will even jump on my lap, scratch my hand and look at the remote.
Zoey ET is what happens when I leave her at "Grandma's" house for the day. Looks like that scene in ET, doesn't it?

Jennifer and Nick ~~ A quick note to tell you what an amazing puppy, Chelzee, is......but of course you already know that

The trip home went remarkably well, with minimum whimpering and lots of snuggling. When we arrived, Michael took her immediately to the “designated area” out back, and bless her heart, she piddled as if on cue. Once inside, after lots of sniffing, exploring, showing off on Skype to friends and family, and playing with her new toy, we brought her to her crate, let her wander back and forth and in and out, and again, as if on cue, Miss Chelzee curled up inside and fell fast asleep. This smooth transition can ONLY be attributed to the love and caring you show to your princes and princesses. We truly believe it was Divine Intervention that our neighbor dropped by with the name Royal Puppy Palace, after hearing of the disastrous turn of events we had with the first breeder we had contacted. So, again, a big hug and thanks is sent your way.

In my excitement, Jennifer, I forgot to ask a couple of questions..........

The name of the shampoo you used on Chelzee (the scent is incredible!)
Looking forward to keeping in touch with photos, and letting you know how our sweet’ums is doing. Sincerest regards, Laurie and Michael

They are sooooo cute, Jennifer!

By they way, CoCo is 6 months old now and has been officially certified as a pet therapy assistance dog! We have visited nursing homes and will be visiting children's hospitals in the future. She also graduated from puppy obedience class, as well as intermediate classes. She has the best temperament. That girl is not afraid of anything, yet is the most gentle dog. I'm not sure I've ever heard her growl. She plays hide-and-seek with my boys and runs around the house like a maniac. But the moment we pick her up, she's like a noodle in our arms. The perfect combination. Fun and high-energy when we like her to be, but gentle and calm when she needs to be. We love her!

Hi,
My name is Peggy Hartley and I purchased a cavapoo from you in 2006. She is a wonderful dog and I have been considering getting another one. I saw that you have a litter that will be ready on the 20th, so I would like to come and take a look at them. Please let me know how many are still available and when would be a good time to do that.
Thank you,
Peggy
Here are some pictures of my girl. Her name is Shelby. She was born Aug. 9, 2007and you called her Princess Cindy. She was the runt of the litter, and now weighs 11 lbs. She house- trained very easily, she travels well and she gets along with all people and very few other dogs. She is very precious to me.

Thank you so much. She is just perfect!

Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you what a joy she has been in our home. She really brought some puppy joy to the family. I can say she is house trained, although she still goes out often as she is young. She knows sit, laydown, rollover, crawl and stay. Her coat seems to be coming in fleecy. It is getting thicker by the day -- starting at the back of the neck and it is working its way down her body. When I get a good picture of her coat I will send it to you, So far she does not appear to have a shedding coat. We'll see as her coat transitions. Nestle does have a freckled belly now. She still does that adorable head tilt. The cuteness factor is still off the charts....

She's been fun. We are all happy with her.

Nick and Jennifer,

I just signed the guest book. I wanted to send you some photos of Parker. He is about five and a half months old (Dec 13th is birthday). He is doing great! He is such a blessing to our family. He is about ten pounds in weight and has a fantastic personality. His coat is beautiful.

Anyway, here are some photos you may like. You can use them on your web site if you would like to.

Sincerely,

Kadi Tubbs

PS The name Parker came from your estates. When we left your house we were trying to think of names and Parker Lake Estates was what we saw and we said what about Parker. It stuck and he is Parker.

I brought home prince coco beach the mini f1b labradoodle less than a week ago, and he is amazing! Not only does he not make my allergies bad but his coat is just amazing to touch. He already uses his potty pads exclusively and waits to do most of his business until i get home from work. He can sleep through the night with out an accident too! We are working on learning sit and he walks great on a leash, and he is only 8 weeks old!!! He is so smart and such a cuddly boy, and he has the most beautiful green eyes! Thank you again jeniffer!

Just wanted to let you know Nestle made a seamless transition. She is so mellow and comfortable. It is really a reflection of what a good job you did and it shows how loved up she was. The crate I had was too small so I put her bed in a laundry basked last night and she slept there all night. She climbed out a couple of times but was easily coaxed back. She's is picking up on the house training - she has her spot outside. She is a quick learner. We are very happy to have her. I just knew she was for us when I saw her picture.

The kids are having a blast with her, and so are we! She's lots of fun to play with, but she also snuggles right up in your lap for some cuddling. What a sweetie!

I noticed there are some new photos on the website. Is there any chance you could email me the ones of our puppy & the ones of her with her siblings? That would be wonderful!

Hello, You may not remember me but my husband and I bought a Cavapoo from you.My friend and I picked her up on July 28th. She is absolutely the cutest animal anyone has ever seen. Even our vet who had never seen a Cavapoo was enchanted. Her name is Molly Rose.
She is what you refer to as ruby. I hired a trainer and she is so smart I could have saved the money. The trainer was blown away by her brains!!! My husband died on September 28th but before his death he would look at Molly and remark that he had never seen anything so cute in his entire life.
I will certainly refer anyone who wants a Cavapoo to you. Thanks for a puppy who has proven to be a joy and comfort.

I was worried how he'd do with my 4 kids, but he is an ANGEL. Zoey won first prize for the second year in a row on Friday! There were 50 Dogs in the parade at the 2010 Florida State Winnebago Rally in Orlando. She stayed in her boat for over an hour, kept her sun glasses on and did the Hula dance on her hind legs for the judges!

Hello! This is Zoey, formerly Princess Purple Pearl. We adopted her from you as a puppy 2 years ago. She is the smartest, most loving and playful dog that we could have ever imagined! Last year at the annual Winnebago Rally, she won first place in the parade for her "tricks".
Amongst other things, she can High Five and rings a cluster of bells next to the door when she needs to go potty. This photo is of her boat and outfit that she will compete in in March 2010. Thank you so much for the joy she has brought into our lives.

Hi Jennifer...

Just wanted to share some updated C pictures. He is doing great!!! As is K with my parents. K is quite the princess - we all joke that her feet never touch the ground because they love holding her and having her lay with them on the couch. I think my Mom sent you some pictures of K back in November or December. We've had them spayed/neutered and they both came away from it without incident. They are both around 9-10 lbs now and bring some happiness to us :)

Hello Jennifer,

You probably remember Virginia. She'll be 2 next month. Well, for some time she has been running the house. She is very active and playful. She has a wonderful personality. When we were in North Crolina in July, she buddied up to a Great Swiss Mountain Dog as if they were old pals. That was a fun sight as Virginia was about an 8th of his size. She doesn't like the cold weather we've been having lately at all. But we have about a half dozen sweaters that she loves to wear. She always gives a nasty look when we take off her sweater to wash it. Her favorite thing is when it is time for bed. She'll simply look at me until I lift the blanket for her to crawl under. Then she lays up against me and falls asleep. Ok, it's one of my favorite things too. A few weeks ago (on 01/22/2010), our big cat, Nu passed away at age 14. That was a very bad time. N, our 13 year old cat greived pretty heavily for quite a while. She still does some odd things that leads me to believe she still misses him. We're going to be getting another kitten to keep her and Virginia company in the next few weeks. I'm starting to think about getting another Cavalier sometime this summer so that Virgina will have a little dog sister. Well, enough of my rambling. I hope that you and the family, and of course the little four-legged ones are doing well. Attached are some pictures to show what a fine little lady Virgina is growing up to be.

Take care,

angel. She will be 12 weeks on Friday and she will get her next shots and
be weighed at the Vets office. I can't wait to see how much she has grown.
I will let you know and will send pictures when she is a little bit bigger.

Hi Jennifer and Nick,
Just writing to let you know how well Millie is settling in. She is such an angel. She was perfect on the long drive home. Would not do a wee at all the stops but did so when I finally got back. She was a little nervous obviously with the new surrounding and people, but once she had something to eat, she was very playful with my boys.
I look at her this morning, and you would think she had been with us forever. The boys adore her and are spending every second with her, until I remove her for 'sleep/quiet' time.
She had had no accidents yet, she really is such a treasure.
Thank you for allowing such a sweet princess to join our family.
Here are some pics.
Take care, T

Good Morning,

Hi Mommy Jennifer, just updating my weekly report to you.

I'm doing great, I've been eating, drinking, tinkling and pooping OUTSIDE, all with regularity.

My Mommy takes me for a walk around the cul-da-sac, with or without my leash.
I absolutely love it outside. I got to socialize with Ms. M next door, a 5 yr. old shi-shu
female adopted from the shelter a few years ago. We did very well together.

I have three toys I play with, a small doggie ball, doggie rope, and a stuffed socky.

Hope you and your family have a wonderful Merry Christmas.
Licks, M

PS: Enjoyed the new pic's of all my puppy friends.

What a Christmas we had!!! Of course the puppied were the biggest hit ever! The puppies are doing wonderful and the boys (and us too!) absolutely love them. They have totally fit right into the family. The boys were totally surprised- I cannot believe we pulled it off. S ( our niece) was shocked as well- She called Christmas morning sreaming and yelling. All the puppies have made wonderful additions to our family.

The boys named them F and D - S named hers O.

I have attached a few pictures - I hope you enjoy!
Thanks so much again for all your help - you truly helped make a very memorable Christmas!

Wishing you many blessing in the New Year,

Hi Nick and Jennifer,
Your new home is GORGEOUS!
Georgie has settled in and has taken his place as the BOSS!
The other dogs love him and he has already taken over all our hearts.
I am sending pics of him and will update often.
His first bed is a small round bed and his "now" bed is MY bed!
I just love him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I put him in a crate by my bed the first night and he got me up at 3:45 to go potty. I put him in the bed with me and thats where
he stayed! He's a great sleeper and thats exactly what I wanted
with my other 2 but they won't be still.......
He is 99% piddle pad trained and goes on his own. When the
other 2 go outside he goes ...if it's not too cold.
He has a T-shirt, a sweater and a snuggie and he is MY PERFECT DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As I said we do recommend people to you when the subject comes up. We are always happy to help others in their
businesses.

God Bless you and yours at this time of year.

Hey there! Just a quick update on Rudy (aka Prince Mighty) He is just a doll! The prettiest Shih Tzu I have ever seen, seriously!! He is just as playful as the first day we got him and just loves to romp around with my mom's shih tzu Charlie (aka Sir Stanley...the pup she got from you guys almost 2 years ago!) Rudy is very cuddly with the children and plays tug of war with Charlie and their dog toys! Rudy is a blast and Im glad I came to you guys for a puppy! I couldnt have asked for a better pup! The groomers at PetsMart even remarked that theyve seen a lot of shih tzu puppies and his demeanor is by far the best they've seen for a puppy Shih Tzu...They just loved him! I get compliments wherever I take him! I make sure he gets to ride in the car a lot so hes not ever sensitive to motion sickness! :) I check your website nearly every day to keep tabs on the beautiful pups! Im glad to see the basset hound found a home! She was soo pretty! God bless and Merry Christmas!!

Hey Jennifer...She is doing GREAT! Very happy and VERY spoiled. She is the most social, lovable dog I have ever known. She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES kids! Loves other dogs, too. Even dogs bigger than her, she likes to play with.

One thing I find so cute about her, she doesn't like it when the boys are sleeping. She will sit in front of their door in the morning and wait for them to wake up. Then, she licks their faces to greet them. They love it and so does she! Lol. We are really enjoying having her as our new pet. The boys tell me everyday how much they love "THEIR" puppy. Makes me happy as a mommy. And, J...HA! He's absolutely LOVING her as well. He's really the one that spoils her the most!

She LOVES to sit in our laps and just lick and snuggle. We LOVE HER!!! S

Nick and Jennifer-Thank you for suggesting the Cavachon breed to us. Our "Cobie" a.k.a. Cobalt Chris is truly the perfect puppy we were looking for. Besides being the most handsome young man with his white body, cream ears and adorable expressive face-he is extremely calm but still very affectionate and playful. His favortie game is fetch and he loves all of his chew toys and gives them a great workout(although nothing takes the place of a piece of frozen broccoli!) He is great with our 4, 6, 14 and 16 year old and loves all of our company. I can not tell you how many people have said to us how lucky you are to have this puppy. Even our vet said he is one of the best/relaxed she has seen. He has been/done everything you said he would be (and more) even down to the sleeping in his crate from 10 to 7 at night. He has been very easy to train and even learned to use the doggie door right by himself. When the phone rings he even gets me and escorts me to it! He is not afraid of anything except a school bus and has only barked a few times in the 8 weeks we have had him! One more thing-he loves other dogs. So, anyone out there looking for a calm yet playful dog that is happy to be with his family and easy to train check out the Cavachons. We could not be more thrilled with him! Thank you for taking the time to answer all of our questions and easing us into being a dog owner!

Hey
My parents and I bought Prince Fredrick ,now named Max,who has grown up since you last saw him when we got him. We now nicknamed him furball because he has so much fur and if you didnt know any better you would be wondering why a furball is walking towards you! My family adores him alot as he is always there to greet us everyday with lots of love. He's also very intellegent although he can at times be a little to smart for his own good, getting into mischief! Anyway we all care for him very much and I'm so happy I convinced my parents to get a dog in 2007! God bless you!

Nick,
We could not be happier Buttons is a walking advertisement for you: On a walk on Honeymoon Island Causeway, everyone (over thirty people) stopped to play with him with some asking us where we got him. One woman got so carried away that she got on the ground in order to roll around with Buttons.

I don't know what you did to train him that he is so people friendly and that he follows me (heels) without a leash, which is a dangerous practice I don't intend to continue. One day he was following me when I lost him in a wide open space. I turned around 3 or 4 times and could not find him. anywhere. I panicked. I don't know how he managed to synchronized his turning with me so well that he was behind me all the time without my seeing him.

Today he passed his vet exam with flying colors

Your new batch of puppies are very cute. Buttons is a very smart dog. He already knows "Stop" and "Come".command.

Thank you again and don't hesitate if you need referrals

Hey I just wanted to send you all an e-mail and update you on the toy aussie I purchased from you guys about a month and a half ago. You were calling her Victoria :). I named her Kalani and she responded very well to her name. She gets along great with my male pomeranian. We have been going to the beach on my days off and she is absolutely wonderful with other people and other dogs. I just had my brother and his family in town a couple weeks ago and her and my 7 yr old nephew became best buddies fast. They were inseperable. My mom was here a couple weeks before that and met her for the first time. She wanted to put Kalani in her purse and take her home with her. My mom AND dad were just here and left this morning and my dad met both my dogs for the first time and loved both of them. Kalani was his protector. She stayed at his side and even sat under his chair while we ate at the table. Everywhere I take her I get so many compliments on how gorgeous she is and everyone wants to steal her haha. I am attaching some recent pictures of her. Thanks again for an absolutely fabulous puppy!!

We call her Mia for short. She took to it right away. You did a great job socializing her. She knows HOW to greet people and especially other animals. We are unbelievably happy and very impressed with you. We are recommending you to everyone we know! HAPPY EASTER TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. Bob & Brenda Loder.

Dear Jennifer, I just wanted to give you an update on Minnee (Princess Angel) the Bichon I got from you back in June 2008, she is almost a year (March 24, 2009 she will be one year old!!!!!) anyway she is such a joy and doing well and spoiled as ever, my husband and I relocated to Pennsylvania in December and have been staying with my parents while we look for a place to live and they are spoiling her so much! (she loves the snow) , she is also a comfort to have right now as we just lost our 9 1/2 year old Peek a poo on 2/28/09, the two played together so well and I really think Minnee misses her "big sister". I will send you some pictures as she just went on Tuesday and got her first "big girl" haircut and looks so grown up!!! If we decide to fill the other void in our life and decide we want another to spoil and love we will definitely be in touch with you and your husband, Take Care, Elizabeth and Curt Whitehall PA

Hey Nick and Jennifer!
I just wanted to say a quick hello and show some pictures Rosi is doing great! She is pretty much totally potty trained now, making her doodies outside and letting us know with a chipper bark that she needs to go out. OH and her white knight cuddy; she never leaves his side and they love to play every moment they are together. Zac and I are functioning well as pack leaders, especially with cuddy to tell rosi in puppy talk what we want. I just wanted to thank you both again for this wonderful blessing you helped us bring into our lives. Rosi is a perfect match for our home :-D Her full name is offically Rosiland Squeaky Juliet Bouchard (hehe). She is an absolute darling and she never cries at night...she loves her cage hehe, it is her happy cave of sweet dreams and softness. Watching them together is a great joy and brings light and happiness to my life every single day. Thank you so much By the way, everyone I see, I recommend The Royal Puppy Palace very very highly :)
Blessings and love,

Dear Jennifer and Nick,

I Feel the necessity to fill you in on the latest with Sophie (we've kept that name so far - - - she really looks & acts like a 'Sophie' - so it suits her).

We've stuffed her in a quilted purse, and hauled her everywhere with us, and she loves it ! ! ! She does sleep through the night without incident, and is eating just beautifully. One of her new favorite things is peeled baby carrots. She is extremely intelligent. Has learned to play ball - will chase it down, bring it back, and drop it at your feet, or place it in your hand. She also will 'sit' and 'sit pretty' (on her haunches with her front paws in the air) and balances quite well when in that position. I'm amazed at her overall intelligence. Puppy pad training is pretty much complete. Rest assured this baby has it made ! ! !

We have truly enjoyed our little yorkiepoo. The children have chosen the name of Mia. She has brightened the faces of two little boys. Mia loves to chase our (3 year old), as she loves his toes. Our 9 year old, had requested and wrote a letter to Santa for a puppy. He had been praying and dreaming about a "puppy with a big red bow". When we arrived home with the puppy D asked J to open the car door for me, as I needed help. The puppy was on my lap. The tears were streaming down my little guy's cheeks. When asked what was wrong, he said," I am just so happy." There was not a dry eye on our deck. What a moment we had! Mia has truly been a special addition to our family. The older children who are away call and ask about Mia and can hardly wait to meet her in person. Mia is doing great. She is very smart. We are working on housebreaking.

Hi Jennifer!

Just wanted to follow-up with you.... She is absolutely the cutest dog ever!!! We are so in love with her! Everyone cant wait to meet her. She is just a joy to have around!!! We named her Sadie (in Hebrew means Princess) Bloom. She was excellent in the car. No accidents! (even after 4 hours AND a trip to Petsmart!) Shes also been successfully using the puppy wee-wee pads. :)
I went to Petsmart today and went to the Bandfield vet. They said she checked out OK and she even got a shot! :( But she did OK and pretty much slept the rest of the day. :)

I attached a cute picture of her on her way home..

Hope all is well! Thank you soooo much for your help in getting her.

We have had our Cavalier, Princess Sunflower AKA Boo Boo for a month now. She is so precious! I am so thankful my mom saw your website. I can't imagine what life would be like without her. She brings so much happiness to our household. Our other Cavalier, Yogi, loves her and they play for hours at a time. I can't thank you enough for socializing her from an early age. She does not have the fear in her eyes that Yogi did when we brought him home and training her has been so simple. She is precious and we are truly blessed to have her in our home. I really wish I had more time on my hands because I would come get Princess Buttercup because she is so beautiful too! Hopefully someone will realize how amazing it is to have a Cavalier and will buy her soon. We also took your suggestion and purchased Cesar Millan's books, I can't wait to read them. Just a quick comment to let you know how much we love our little Sunflower AKA Boo Boo. She is an absolute sweetheart and so well behaved. What a difference on getting a well socialized puppy. Boo Boo is so easy going and she is really bringing our Yogi out of his shell. He loves her so much already and they are best of friends. After losing Nick, Yogi regressed back to his insecure behavior but Boo Boo has brought him out of that in just a short time. I think she is going to be the boss of the house because she has him wrapped around her little paw already! It really shows in the care that you have given her since birth. She is amazing! We feel so blessed! We look forward to many years with our new little angel! Wendy & George

She is the cutest little thing. She is only 10 lbs. and still has not gotten bigger than our cat! She is healthy and happy. She loves to hunt for lizards, squirrels and bunnies on our nightly walks on the trail. Thank you for being so diligent to raise, breed and start puppies out right. Hi Jennifer,
I just wanted to let you know that Gracie( westie ) is the most perfect puppy you could ask for. She so cute, very intelligent, loves to play, but also knows when it is time to relax and be held or lay down. The good thing is we have pretty much potty-trained her and she has only had a few accidents. She is very good with people and loves everyone. We call her our little vaccum because she goes around the floor sucking up everything in sight. ( So we hae to be careful) I'm trying to convince my dad to get another one from you. Also When we went to my grandma's house they wanted to buy her off of me.
So again, thank you for selling us the most wonderful puppy ever !!!

She goes to work with me and so many people ask where I got her. Thank you so much for bringing her into our lives. Anyways I hope you & your family is doing well. Iam already trying to convince my husband that we need another puppy from you. PS we went to our grandparents house after we left your place. They wanted to keep my puppy.

Jennifer,
Hi! We purchased the chocolate & white cockapoo puppy from you last Monday and we couldn’t be happier!! We have named her Mia and she is such a delight! The kids are having so much fun with her and Mia and our youngest cat are quite the comical playmates…..cheap entertainment for the entire family. She has found a soft spot in everyone’s heart (as well as on our sofa…she’s quite the snuggle-bug). It’s obvious that you and your family provide great care and love your puppies a lot. Thank you for that – she is a true delight because of the love she has received from day one.
Thanks again for everything!

Molly is doing great she went to the pee pad all by herself last night. She is so excited when you give her a treat for doing a good job. This morning before leaving for work she went pee and poo on the pad all by herself. She's doing really well. Today is her first day home alone for a few hours so hopefully she's doing fine which I'm sure she is. Thanks again for everything. Oh also I made Molly her very own webpage to keep the grandparents up to date on her.

Dear Nick and Jennifer,

My Mother bought a beautiful small red chocolate Shi-poo named Princess Mocha (now Mocah) from you almost a year ago. She just turned 1 year on the 26th of June! She is the best dog ever! Hyper at times, silly, intelligent, and lovable!
I took some pictures of her recently and wanted to share them with you :)

I want to thank you two for being so flexible with my Mother with coming to meet her and also when it came to payments.
Every time some one ask where I got my puppy from I tell them about you and her Vet Wendy.

Once again thank you!!!

Many Blessings,

Kiara Keys

Dear Jennifer, I just wanted to let you know about our week with our new addition, her personality sure is a fisty one and she and my peekapoo are adjusting well.....she has added alot of excitment (in a good way) to our home this past week....I am and so is my husband glad that we got her and she is part of our family. I think she has grown just a lilttle but she has not put on weight but she does have a healthy appeitite, I actually think my peekapoo has lost some weight this past week by chasing her around the house but she could afford to lose a few pounds. I will be in touch and let you know how she is doing, we did take some pictures of her, once we get them developed, I will send you some.....Hope you have a great week and talk to you soon...Take Care, E

Hi Jennifer and Nick! My name is Rae and my mom and stepdad bought Chumley (Prince Vuitton) from you in 4/04/2008. I can't even put into words the miracle that the two of you and Chumley are! While my mom's R.A. has not changed in it's severity, her outlook has. Chumley makes us smile every second of everyday, even when he sleeps! There is not one person that meets Chumley that does not fall in love. The vets' office jokes that they need to keep him for observation for the next 2 years, and his huge paws never get to touch the floor when he has his check ups.. Again, thank you soo much for this amazing gift with fur!

Prince Fredrick is just getting cutter. All the people in our nieghborhood adore him. Unlike other puppies he's mot afraid of thunder storms. He just has enough room in his heart for every one in the world. We even have a nickname for him, Puffball because he curls up in a ball when he sleep and he has a lot of fur.

So Cody has definitely made himself at home!!! He is just so adorable. In the one picture he layed in the case of bottled water in the kitchen while I cooked. I also have a t-shirt of mine in his crate for him to sleep with when I am gone or in bed so he has my smell next to him. When I am in my bedroom on the computer, he goes in and takes it out to lay on next to me. He is so sweet!

Enjoy the pics and know he is doing great!

He goes out with the other dogs and tinkles and poops outside like they do (most of the time), and today he actually went to the front door and scratched to be let out. I was already amazed at his intelligence before he began telling me he needs outside, now I think he may be a genius!

Hi Jennifer,

We made it to Tallahassee at a little after 2 pm, so I went to the salon (where J works). Every single person (man, woman, or child) fell in love with Virginia. From there, we went to PetCo. Once again, Virginia was a big hit. We picked up some toys and chew toys, nail clippers, toothbushes, toothpase, and brushes. Then we went to Huston's cafe. It's a gourmet pizza restaurant with outdoor sitting that is dog friendly. Once again, everybody loved Virginia. There was even one gut that thought she was a stuffed toy dog. (that's how cute she is). If I had a nickle for every ooh and aah that I heard, I'd be driving down now to get another one. Speaking of with, J almost cried when she first saw her. And I heard her say (and I holding her to it) that she wants another one. Well in short (too late for that), we made it back with no problem, everybody loves Virginia, and she is getting acclimated to her new home. Once I unload my camera, I'll get some pictures sent. Thanks for everything that you've done to make Virgina a part of my family.

All the best...H

Dear Jennifer & Nick -

The other evening we met the tiniest, sweetest, friendliest little Chihuahua in front of Lee Roy Selmon's Restaurant (Cooper Creek Rd., Sarasota.). Her name is “Bella”. She’s 8 months old and weighs around 2 1/2 lbs.

Other data: Bella’s coat is beautifully marked in tan and white. Also, her owners mentioned living in Bradenton..

Given these facts, could this be the same puppy mentioned 3 messages down on the site pictured here? If so, then I assume you are the breeders.

Advanced thanks for any information you can share on this adorable little puppy who stole my heart.

I just a few days, it has been easier for me to deal with the pain of my arthritis. Having Chumley makes me get up and move, even if I am in and pain and he is exactly what I needed. This little gift makes my husband melt. I can't remember the last time I have laugh and smiled as much as I have in just the past few days,He is so smart, we almost have him housebroken, or is that he has us trained to take him out at the appropriate times? He does go to the back door and let us know. Thank you again!!

Dear Jennifer,

I Just wanted to say thank you for being patient with us during the whole issue. I absolutely love this puppy.

We named her Haley (full name Princess Haley Divine). I believe Your husband said you called her princess? We kept that part of her name, We call her Haley but i had to add the divine because she was my divine present from the Lord.

She has truly been a God sent to us all but especially me. She loves our other dog simon and she has not went potty in the house for three days. She has watched him go out to the bathroom and just followed along. She loves it outside she wants to stay out for hours... if i'd let her! She barks and growls at her own reflection which is so cute and funny, And of course she loves to just cuddle
Again I say Thank You and i Know when you prayed for this puppy to go to the right house that God just guided me right to you because she fits so perfectly with our family.

Hey Jennifer!- I'm thrilled to let you know that Lily Melaine (princess precious) is very comfortable in her new home. Her favorite toys are cat toys and she absolutly loves to chew on mommys expensive purse straps. I am having trouble crate training her, because her cries are just so needy. I cant help but to take her out and bring her into bed with me. Lily and I have have gone shopping for puppy clothes the past three days and her and I can confidently say, she is too small for any of the cute stuff. Although she loves all of her rhinestone collars. Also, lily has made a few new friends; A boxer named Dooley and a stafford terrier named Blue. Lily fits in so lovely with my friends and my family. She is loved by everyone, literally, even strangers! Anyways, Lilys says thanks for placing her in a nice home, and I really appreciate it too.

Nick & Jennifer, you truly are angels, the both of you! I called you from an add in the paper looking for a Ruby Cavalier King Charles, which was not available at that time, but the both of you took the time to let me know that a litter would be born and ready to go to there forever homes in December. After months of me being a pest with all of my questions, you answered each and every one of them without hesitation and any time you had some new news to share about his arrival I was the first one to know. Because of you, we now have our new baby boy in our home and he couldnt be more loved. His name is Jake he gets along great with our Blenheim Cavalier Milo, he even likes to take naps and share midnight snacks with his human daddy. What a perfect addition we have to our family, thanks to you! I have recommended you to anyone who asks where we got Jake from. We take them out everywhere, so we always get asked.Your puppy nursery is spotless, you would never know you had all of those puppies.Keep up the great work and God Bless the both of you! Not only did I get a new baby boy to love out of this, but I also got new friends who I will cherish forever, and thats the two of you!

We purchased Princess Purple Pearl (shaltese) on 12/1 and renamed her Zoey. She is the light of our life, playful, smart, and beautiful. She slept in her crate the very first night and not a peep out of her. She had private Puppy Kindergarten and at 12 weeks can come, sit, stay, walk on a leash, and fetch. She is almost housebroken. Thanks you so much for our most wonderful puppy!

Nick and Jennifer, thank you so much for our little Maggie Mae (pekingese/shiz-tzu). We just love her. She is so energetic and loves to entertain us. She is a joy. The vet said she is a healthy little puppy, all 4lbs of her. Everyone just loves to cuddle her. You made us feel at home. Deb.

Nick & Jennifer, thank you so much for my new little pup who I have renamed Molly. She is such a sweet little girl and just loves her big sister. She was a trooper for the long car ride on the way home, but it was well worth the drive! I see the others have found new homes as well, i was so happy to see that. Thank you again for everything, I will send some pictures soon.

I can not thank you enough for Molly (Princess Lexus.) At 10 1/2 weeks old, she is already potty trained, sits when asked, and the best part- cuddles up on my lap all the time. You have given me a true companion. She is very healthy, smart, and has brought joy to the whole family. And Jennifer- my husband has already put me on a weekly clothing allowance for her! Again- thank you for our precious little girl.

I highly recommend Nick and Jennifer. They are wonderful people and true dog lovers. You can completely trust them. My dog is first generation, they are very careful breeders! I am the extremely fortunate owner of the Yorkie-Poo Prince Expresso who now has the much less regal name of Pipsqueak! He is the most adorable dog on the planet, so cute, tiny, loving, smart, funny, social.. he has an incredible personality and everyone wants him including my Vet. He is almost 10 weeks old and 1 lb 1 oz. He is as healthy as can be, so energetic! Nick and Jennifer, God bless you and thank you so much for my little treasure. He is already spoiled and loving his new home and Mommy. He is perfect!!!

We bought Queen AnnaBell last March 07 which is a female yorkiepoo. Nick and Jennefer blessed our home with the most loveable and perfect puppy for us. She is so adorable and came to Canada with us for 6 months and will be returning back to Florida this Oct.07 for 6 months to our winter home, and then back to Canada again. She loves to travel and has the nicest personality and is game for anything at anytime.
We love her so much and so Queen Anna and our other shih-tzu which is 4yrs. old has bonded so strongly to each other.
Thank you for perfect puppy for us.
God Bless

You have blessed us with little Daphne. She is sooo smart and sweet!

Attached is her six month picture. Next week she goes for her first trim.

Blessings, health and happiness to you,

PS: I believe our 'fallen angel' BeauBeau sent her to us.

Jennifer- We named Princess Shelby Sophie and she is doing great! She easily transitioned into our crazy home. Pancho, our chihuahua, likes to show her the ropes. Of course, he is not always the best example! My daughters adore her. She is a perfect match for us. Thanks!

Nick - thank you for your patience with me. Being on a fixed income limits my dog choices. I never expected my wonderful Casey boy to die so suddenly. Still feel like the dog food tainting was responsible. He died out of the blue only 9 years old. Was as healthy as can be. God knows how many tears I have shed over him the last four weeks. Only hope I can get another as smart and loving as him. I'm counting on your wisdom and sense on steering me to the right choice in another shih tzu. I'll never replace him in my heart, there will always be a gap where he stands. He was my best buddy.
God has him now waiting for his momma to come home by him.

Everyone is just thrilled with the "royalty" they've adopted, from the way the puppies look to how they behave. Thank you for caring for your puppies and training them to be good additions to any family. We look forward to having one of our own!
